hello, everyone, According to youtube montization policy when your youtube channel reached / complete 10k lifetime views than it's go for review. After submitting your montization application a human review your youtube channel and if your youtuber channel under community guidelines and terms of use etc than your montization on youtube channel unable for montization otherwise not approved for montization. But, now a days a lot of user's facing a issue that when your channel reached at 10k views than its go under review but your review take a longer time even it's after one week or above 15 days your channel still under review.
